Albert Tolentino

Alberto Florentino is a playwright and book publisher from the Philippines. His English plays are about the hardships that ordinary Filipinos face. The World Is an Apple, which won him his first Palanca Award in 1954 and is currently one of the most performed plays in the Philippines, is his most well-known work.
