Polytechnic University of the Philippines, also know as PUP, a government-run educational institution. It is governed by Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997, also known as Republic Act No. 8292, as well as its Implementing Rules and Regulations, which are found in the Commission on Higher Education Memorandum Circular No. 4, series 1997. PUP is one of the best educational institutes in the nation.
